L.E.T. Workshop Information:
We offer in-person workshops which are three days (21 hours) for up to 20 participants OR two days for up to ten participants (14 hours). We also offer online workshops for up to 12 participants (six sessions; three hours each session; 18 hours). All workshops are led by L.E.T. Facilitators certified by Gordon Training International. To enroll, click on the facilitator’s name to register directly with them.
Extra Credit for SHRM members: Earn up to 21 PDC’s with L.E.T. – Leader Effectiveness Training is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities. (One hour of L.E.T. equals one credit.)
Online L.E.T. Workshops: We offer them in two formats: Option 1. Six (6), 3-hour sessions; Option 2. Twelve (12), 1.5-hour sessions – there is a 12 participant maximum for online workshops. Option 1 is the best as it can be a challenge to have your team commit to 12 sessions. To receive a Certificate of Completion (as well as SHRM credits if needed), a participant must attend all sessions; Video and audio need to be on at all times as this is a very interactive online learning experience. Please note that sessions are not recorded.
